Oh, you seem to read Japanese! The restaurant serve weatherfish, called Dojo in Japaese, and the fish is more popular in Tokyo than in Kyoto and tastes a little bitter. We usually spell dojo and the spelling, dozeu, is rather in an old-fashioned way.
